1. Additional Grooming Fees: You will be charged for the full groom plus additional matting fees depending on the severity of said matting ($15 per extra 15 minutes until completed).
2. Possible Coat Length Adjustment: I understand that my dog’s coat may not be groomed to the requested length due to matting and that a shorter length may be necessary.
3. Awareness of Risks: I am aware of my dog’s matted coat condition. I have read the explanation in the My Pet Place grooming policies about matting and understand the risks involved in grooming a matted coat. I give My Pet Place permission to proceed and will not hold them responsible for any injuries sustained during the grooming process.
4. Skin Irritation: I understand that my dog’s skin may become irritated during or after the grooming process.
5. Veterinary Treatment: I agree to be responsible for all veterinary fees should my dog need veterinary care during or after the grooming process. I also grant My Pet Place permission to seek veterinary treatment at my expense if necessary.
